3. User Eligibility

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain NanoBiz features may require paid subscriptions for businesses.

• Payments may be processed via Razorpay or approved gateways
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Fees are generally non-refundable
• Pricing may change with prior notice

Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be charged separately.

5. Transactions Between Users & Businesses

Any transaction, communication, or agreement entered into between a User and a Business is solely between those parties.

• We do not guarantee product or service quality
• We do not guarantee delivery or performance
• Disputes must be resolved directly between parties

6. User-Generated Content

Users and Businesses may upload content including business names, logos, images, descriptions, and reviews.

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant NanoBiz permission to display and distribute it
• Content must not violate laws or third-party rights

NanoBiz reserves the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful content.

7. Business Analytics

NanoBiz may provide businesses with engagement metrics such as:

• Profile views
• Search appearances
• Customer interactions
• Engagement insights

8. Future Advertising

NanoBiz currently may operate with limited or no advertisements.

We reserve the right to introduce advertisements, sponsored placements, or promotional content in the future.

9. Intellectual Property

All NanoBiz branding, software, design elements, interface components, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of NanoBiz.

• No unauthorized copying or redistribution
• No reverse engineering of platform systems
• Vendor content ownership remains with vendors

10. Account Suspension & Termination

NanoBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Threaten platform integrity or security

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoBiz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption or revenue loss
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Third-party conduct or disputes

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

13. Amendments to Terms

NanoBiz may revise or update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
